Please thank Ms. Gilroy for writing the story on the FLDS polygamous group spreading out into Floyd County, Texas. It is often from publishings such as these that we know where this group is branching out.

And thank you, the editor, for publishing this story.

(Editor's Note)

The HOPE Organization is a St. George, Utah based 501(c)(3) charity providing assistance to individuals and families to safely transition from a polygamous lifestyle into mainstream society.

They offer support, protection, assistance, choices, opportunities and hope for the women and young adults (both boys and girls) who have been forced out or who have chosen to leave this lifestyle. HOPE's staff is comprised of non-salaried volunteers whose goal is to help anyone who desires to leave the environment of polygamy including underage brides, women wanting to leave, and young men (the "Lost Boys").

The HOPE Organization directly provides and/or assists in obtaining such basic necessities as food, clothing, housing, furnishings, education, employment, transportation, legal aid, emotional and financial support, mentoring and counseling.
